[Druid][Feral] Omen of Clarity / Clearcasting

Bug description: Whenever Clearcasting is triggered, you get an annoying audio playing each time about using casts and shapeshifting, probably from some tutorial quest.

Playing as a troll druid and getting it, a guildmate tauren druid says he has it too. I don't know, perhaps its tied with a specific talent.

Too temp fix it, go to audio, and turn off dialog

Nelf Druid getting same annoying voice everytime omen of clarity proc (using spells will often get you out of your shapeshift form ,dont forget to go back to cat from) or something like that ...it makes me really mad when i hear it 10 time per minute

I can confirm this too, i have a Nelf Druid and since the autoattack dmg / last clearcasting bug fix , the sound keeps playing on repeat ..
" using spell will often get you out of the shapeshift form, dont forget to activate cat form again for combat ! " or sth like this ... its really annoying.
