[Druid][Restoration] Efflorescence icon/status (visual)

Bug description:
The visual status for the duration of Efflorescence isn't updating visually if you reapply the spell while it's still active. Also, sometimes it doesn't replace the current Efflorescence icon/status and will be shown in placement two of the icon/status (shown in proof #3). Most likely a general issue.

This affects how addons interact.

As a side note, there are general issues with both the Combat Log and UI in terms of ability tracking.

This issue will be posted in low priority for the time been, while the more general issue regarding addons / combat log is reported.
