Bug description: It seems that Efflorescence is affected by Battle Fatigue. It shouldn't. The strange thing is that the difference between the Efflorescence from Freakz and the one from Blizzard is ''double'', so, the cause might be Battle Fatigue.

Just because heal is lower than on retail you jump to the conclusion that it shouldn't be affected by Battle Fatigue?
