[Druid][Restoration] Wild growth

Bug description: Really wierd, but sometimes when I target a boss and I use wild growth it won't do any healing. Sometimes it's only 1 or 2 targets as in the image below. Everyone was in range of the 30 yards. There were 4 people injured and only 2 got the HoT effect and healing. It should always do the healing. Also sometimes it get's cancelled without being interrupted out of nowhere and it get's it's cd. Wasn't able to screenshot that yet.

Immage might be a bit wierd to see as proof but it shows that only 2 people got the HoT from wild growth and the other 3 didn't
