Bug description: Druid's Typhoon not working in dungeons. Everyone have immune!

As far as i know typhoon is a honor talent only, meaning that you can use it just in a pvp enviroment like bgs or arenas.

It is not a honor talent. It is a normal talent. On retail works on dungeons and raids. Not on bosses, but on all adds.
