[Druid] Ursol's Vortex vs [Rogue] Burst of Speed

WoW Freakz spell link: Ursol's Vortex (wowhead link) vs Burst of Speed (wowhead link)
Bug description: If Ursol's Vortex (wowhead link) is used on rogue that spam Burst of Speed (wowhead link) it will have no effect, i tried vs dash/heroic leap/displacer beast/shadowstep/hand of freedom/windwalk totem and works on them easily, but because Burst of Speed (wowhead link) remove the slow effect it like it's removing the total effect of the spell

Dash/roar removes slow too but with vortex work ok so i dont think that is the reason. Burst of speed might not be included in the list of the ignored spells for the pullback.
