WoW Freakz link: Eredar Chaosbringer , Demonic Ascension (wowhead link) , Portal: Argus (wowhead link)
Bug description:
1)Demonic Ascension (wowhead link) is inconsistent . Sometimes , when the Chaosbringer dies he doesn't transform into a Demon , other times , she dies , she transforms , then dies again and transforms in the other type of demon .
2)Portal: Argus (wowhead link) is never used .

I think the buff should be consumed upon transformation but stays active and therefore lets him transform again.
