Bug description: They never use Scorching (wowhead link) .

The dogs detonate on death, also the reason you can't aoe them down togheter or you simply wipe in 20+ keys fortified.
I think only the Immolation doesn't work.

I went in and checked this mob again , and as you said Detonate does indeed work , i'm not sure why i said it doesn't since it also has a visual attached that makes it quite obvious . Also , regarding the Immolate buff , the other fel scorcher does indeed get the buff , but the buff doesn't increase his damage at all . Also , i forgot to mention that Scorching (wowhead link) doesn't work at all . I afked near the dogs for ~10 minutes and didn't get a single tick .

Fixed, it is applied by Blade Dancer Illianna on them through Rekindle and Enkindle.
