[Duplicated][Druid][Balance] Starfall

Bug description: Haste doesnt affect Starfall duration (it should redeuce it's duration)

So till 7.2 starfall should be affected by Haste

Ok, you are right about the duration. It should scale with haste. But, the number of ticks should not scale with haste and atm it does.

If you check on the link to askmrrobot you will see tick count = 8, if it was scaling with haste it should have the same formula as Corruption as an example which specifies that the interval is:

Interval (sec)= 2 / (1 + TotalHaste).

Like Consecrate for paladins and Starfall for boomkin I am sure there are other spells that their formula is wrong in a similar way.
