For some time I still give this error # 132, reinstalled the windows, reinstalled wow freakz and tried all the solutions on the main page/De ceva timp tot imi iau aceastã eroare # 132, am reinstalat windowsul, reinstalat wow freakz și am incercat toate soluțiile de pe pagina principalã.

If you don't mind taking a look at that again, it should fix your issue. There are currently 4 known solutions for this error.
It also depends on what kind of Windows version you're currently running.
