Bug description: it's hard to use the quest item on the mob at higher levels, when you have a lot of damage, but I removed all my items and killed myself to get
ressurection sickness, so I could get the mob to under 35% health, to use the item. I used the item on the npc, but I didn't get credit for it.

-Confirmed. In the "Cry of the Banshee" (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=28538) quest, when using the "Banshee Mirror" (http://www.wowhead.com/item=64445) item, the NPC called "Banshee" (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=48752) does not interact with the SI: 7 agent. The mission can not be completed, and the chain is blocked.
