-Confirmed. In the "Green Living" (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=28325) quest, the "Used Blight Canister" (http://www.wowhead.com/object=207090) and "Used Blight Canister" (http://www.wowhead.com/object=207089) objects, do not drop the "Used Blight Canister" (http://www.wowhead.com/item=63432) item, necessary to complete the quest.
