Hello,
I suggest making https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=700005&&name=echo-of-time bound to account.

Two of my main characters that I play on the most, and are geared the best already own their class mounts. I'd like to be able to spend echoes I've farmed on a mount for another character, that I play rarely, and don't do event on.
