Elemental shaman, increase of st dmg abilitys such as elementalblast.

so this is my firs time ever posting on any kind of forum ever so bear with me.

i have been testing mainly stats/singletarget dps and ability crits/dmg etc for the last few days, i have been a fun of elemental shaman since lich king and always enjoyed it.
the expansion i liked most was legion. so when bfa came i was lost for words i did not know what to do untill someone told me to go and play on freakz a amazing server with a few bugs here and there but i loved the server.
very soon i started donating to help the server, and i would be lieing if i did not do it to feel a bit stronger ingame cause elemental shaman is so UNDERWELMING in freakz pve.

so after testing a bit the class seemed pretty fine aoe build are just as good as how it felt in legion the lightning rod procs work the overloads works overall its feels great, after learning a bit of the scripts i started raiding
i was so excited to start showing my guild how good elemental actually is and underated aspecially in freakz since so view people play it. as soon as i started doing single target dps i was missing something 950ish ilvl 6 pieces donated and i felt so weak.. i started donating more and more and more untill like now, im full donated again excited to raid. i must be powerfull now right? NO elemental shamans are the most aamzing class to me but in freakz i rather play a level 19 rogue then elemental shaman.

elemental blast is doing 3m crits and over in retail with 940ish Ilvl. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lvZfixiBXpg at 5:39 is the easiest way to see his ellemental blast doing 2 crits of 3m with overload ofcourse.
im doing 2.2m crits with 987 ilvl. with highest base stats intelect and crit then the guy in the video.

thats just a simple video but watching can teach you alot.

also the maintain of dps im not new to it so i know my rotations and what to do use of cds etc its just not possible with single target dps to stay on a high sustainable dps
if im wrong i would love to hear why i am wrong and show me elemental shaman isnt as weak as i think/know it is my dps right now is at between 2m and 2.5m dps aftter 500m damage
with 987 ilvl and no bis leggys i still feel like there is more dps waiting for me i just cant figure out why some skills do less dmg as they should.
