Hi.

I can not see the emissary of war q on may alt, what can be the reason?

I did footholds and I am friendly with tortolan seekers but still can not receive the quest.

Hello,

It is a known issue that some players are able to take the quest and some aren't. It is being looked into. Please have patience until it's resolved!
