Emmisaries not showing on alts

Bug description: Emmisaries not showing on alts, i completed the whole argus and broken shore campaign on my main, on my alt it shows 3/3 argus campaign and I can see world quests but I didnt get a single emmisary in 3 days, that is seriously cutting down my wakening essences farming, i was getting one emmisary a day like normal just 3 days ago, I don't know what went wrong

Argus World quests should be unlocked for alts aswell once you complete the quest chains . Currently you have to do part of the questchain on each char if you want to be able to do Emissaries on Argus .
