Empty containers for Molten Core pet and Tanaan Jungle random mount

WoW Freakz item link: Core of hardened ash (http://de.wowhead.com/item=93035/geharteter-aschekern) and Rattling iron cage (http://de.wowhead.com/item=128025/rappelnder-eisenkafig)
Bug description: These Items are empty. The first should contain a pet and the second a random mount. After writing a ticket, I received a reply to post it in the forum. Only in the second case I could still make a screenshot.

I can confirm that Core of Hardened Ash is not working.
Proof:

You only get the visual but no pet is learned.

Sadly i have to reject the other mentioned item Rattling Iron Cage, it has a 35% chance to contain a mount for each of the 3 it can have.
This means it can contain 0, 1, 2 or even all 3 mounts if you are very lucky.
Here as proof i opened 10 cages:

(11 mounts if you count the chat logs)
I got 2 times nothing but 3 times I got even 2 mounts from the cage (when receive loot timestamp is the same for 2 mounts).

Here the mounts it can contain, so it's not entirely random like your bug report sounds:

Thank you for these further informations. At least opening rattling cages is still ok, good to know that. From now on I´ll try to avoid losing the items like the Core of Hardened Ash by asking in global about these drops and hold them until fixed.
