Bug description:

Goblin Glider fails prematurely in BGs. You plummet to your death most of the time if used from higher elevated ground. It works fine in PvE.
Nitro Boost is completely bugged in BGs. It triggers a CD which never recharges until relogged in PvE.

confirmed. The goblin glider kit(https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=109076&&name=goblin-glider-kit) seems to work properly in BG whereas the engineering cloak enchant falls prematurely.
