Bug description:
When u use Gunpowder charge u can use next and next after CD. But when u use Nitro boosts u cant use gunpowder charge anymore until relog.
It should start CD for next usage of gunpowder charge or nitro boosts.

Confirmed, this happens because of the current bug regarding Nitro boots only usable once per relog and since they share the same CD if you use Nitro boots first you wont be able to use Gun powder until your next relog.
