Error #132 despite trying all solutions

Hey there, I keep getting error #132 once I try to login on a char ( before the loading screen starts buffering ). I tried the solutions posted by shocker and i updated my graphics driver to perhaps resolve this ( seen on blizzard forums ), yet to no avail. I'd like if any of you has any understanding in this to try to help me out. Thanks

I suggest opening the game and then at the login screen, open the system. Change your Dx11 to Dx9.

Hey Irediel, thank you for replying so quickly to my post. even though i previously tried changing to dx9 back and forth I tried it again just now and did not come to a solution. I also tried the xbox thing about Game DVR, tried compatibility mode on both launchers 64 and 32. Tried deleting 64 exes and launcher_freakz64.dll. Tried redownloading launcher and doing it all over / together. Disabled Windows Defender smartscreen / Windows firewall before i dl the launcher. Everything still gets me to the same error constantly on the start of the loading. Have not been able to login even once. 7.1.5 ran without ever having any issues for over a year perhaps. If you have any other idea that might resolve this please contact me as soon as possible, please. Thank you again for the assistance and have a good day!
