Error wow51900319 when i log my character tried everything wow

I have playing wow since legion ,, and i have main character warlock name dotdispencer i have made a lot of yourtube videos to suport wowfreakz ,, but yesterday wheni wasin queue LFR 2nd wing sudenly my character disconnected with error wow51900319 i though its my internet issue i restart the router but same situation happend .. and in thissame acountican play with my all other alt but i cant connect with my main character idk what is happening...
1. I unstucked charter from website ,
2.Reset router
3.ip renew
4.pc restart several times.
5. cache interface wtf foler delete

nothing is working same wow error always but when i connect alt character its working perfectly fine
6. now i trying to unstucke its says Inexistent character or already unstucked
character load and then dc while loading

I can see you're able to log in now without any issues.

If it happens again, feel free to submit a ticket on another char, explain the issue and a GM will fix your character.
