Experience rate

Hi

I've just joined and enjoying myself so far. but i was just wondering is there any way of lowering the exp rate gained for completing quests? I'm sure theres a few people scratching there heads saying wtf? reason being I'm in no particular rush to get to 110 with my first toon and want to enjoy the early stuff as well as the end game stuff without being completely over powered for a zone that I'm levelling in

Unfortunately, rates cannot be customized any longer and they are as it follows:
