[FIXED] [Affix][tormented] Seasonal affix vs normal affix

**Description of bug**
---
the season affix tormented should not be affected by the normal affix (fortified,tyranical,bursting,necrotic,storming, volcanic,spiteful, etc) they should only be affected by the level of the keystone and nothing else

**how to reproduce**
you can produce a key with the current affix and you can see that when you fight with the lieutenants they will start spawning storming which shouldnt happen

**how it should be**
the season affix tormented (the lieutenants) should only be affected by the level of the key inserted
