[FIXED] [Alchemy] spirit cauldron and rank 3 flasks

Bug description: rank 3 does not work , it doesn't create multiple flasks
Proof: easy to test ingame, a friend made 30 flasks with it and no additional ones

Creates Spirit Flask (the item name is probably a typo).

'For those that weren't around for the last time flasks came from cauldrons, here's a little info:
The item created by the cauldron is classified as a Conjured Item - this has the following implications:
The item will disappear if you log out for 15 minutes or more.
The item can be traded cross realm.
The old flasks had a Unique (1) attribute - these flasks did not initially have any unique attribute in early alpha but have since added Unique: Guild Flask (1).
This meant that raid leaders would usually put down two cauldrons - one for everyone to drink immediately, and one to keep the conjured item in your bags for when it expires.
The cost to make the cauldron is substantially less than making the individual flasks. For the Legion one it seems like it is simply a 20 flask cost for a 30 use cauldron.
There used to be a guild perk that increased duration of guild cauldron flasks - this was removed in 5.0.4 but let's hope Blizzard revisits guild perks in Legion.
Trading flasks to alts when raid ends early was very common and using the flask and then immediately logging out ensured you had a nice buff for tomorrow's daily quests.'
