[FIXED] Allow repeating Class Hall missions on fail

Bug description: Most Class Campaign quests ask you to complete a lot of missions before you can complete the quest, however if you fail one of the missions you can't make it again, and if you abandon the quest you also lose progress for the completed missions

Fixed. From now on 2 things will happen:
- when you abandon/retake the quest ALL missions will become available again, regardless if you failed or completed them
- when you fail a mission it will immediately be available in your missions list again and you will be able to repeat it until you manage to complete it without having to abandon the quest and take it again

Fix will be live after next restart. Most of you should probably abandon the quest and retake it so you can get all missions again
