[FIXED] [Antorus ] felhounds of sargeras Mythic ,Flametouched and Shadowtouched not split evenly

Bug description: healers are not split in 2 groups with the debuffs, we have 4 healers with the shadowtouched(by zooming in the raid frame u can notice that) we had 3 to 1 on the next pull.i think the reason is after u remove 1 person or that person leaves/DCS this happens basically ,if u try the boss 19 man and u invite 1 more person to get to 20 this happens .cause before this try we had 20 man group from the start and it was working properly(it's just an educated guess)

Confirmed, on 15 try happens 3 times.
