[FIXED] [Arcway] Banish in Time vs combat state

[FreakzStaff]

After [Advisor Vandros](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=98208&name=advisor-vandros) casts [Banish in Time](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=203882&name=banish-in-time) at 50% HP the party teleports and is put out of combat until aggro-ing the first Wraith, allowing set swaps, extra potions, etc. This should not happen.

) - you can see his res ability/food stays grayed out meaning he didnt get out of combat.
