Bug description: when you die in the arena, there is no way to leave the arena
Proof: so always worked on an official server

Fixed.

We initially made this to prevent rated arena exploits, but during skirmish arenas I don't think we should care about it, so players can now leave skirmish arenas after they die, but they will not be able to leave rated arenas until the arena actually ends, we won't change this
