The https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=258000 debuff is not stacking on freakz. If you break the chain you will get seperate individual debuffs which is not correct. If you have a shattered bond debuff and another chain gets broken, you should get a second stack of your current debuff with a refresh of the duration.
