Currently [Arcane Heart](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=303211&name=arcane-heart) accounts healing and damage done when under [Omnipotence](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=303212&name=omnipotence) procced buff. Meaning if you have 3x traits you can have +2104 haste at all times if you in a big enough group to do good dmg an healing.
