[FIXED] Battlegrounds Banners, Capping Animation missing

Bug description: In Bgs, There is no Animation when Capping a Base Banner, thus it is very hard to notice if someone is trying to ninja cap.

Yea I posted a WoD vid, but the animation didn't change since WotLK... anyway gj finding a MoP vid with clear view of animation.
