After testing "Cry of the Fallen" on naked characters, we have come to conlusion that "Cry of the Fallen" is doing more damage than it is intended to do.

* Note - ***The test were done on naked characters with 0 Versatility***

* The debuff should hit the moment it is applied and then tick off, so it should give total of ***13 ticks*** for the ability instead of giving ***12 as it is doing right now on Freakz.***

* ***This results in the ability dealing 14 % more damage on average than the Retail ability.***
