[FIXED] [BoD] Horde Transformation Interaction Touch of Elune

Currently after the Transformation from Horde to Alliance inside Battle of Dazar'Alor regarding the Night Elf passive Racial [Touch of Elune](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=154748) is not applied to the transformed Character.

As its shown in the screenshots whenver the Player switches from an Horde Race to Night Elf he is neither gaining the 1 % haste or the 1 % Crit Buff.

**Race transformations that are affected:**

- Troll druid
- Troll Death Knight
- Troll Hunter
- Troll Mage
- Troll Monk
- Troll Priest
- Troll Rogue
- Troll Warrior
- Blood Elf Demon Hunter is losing 1 % Crit because of the Blood Elf passive [Arcane Acuity](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=154742) that is being removed correctly but is not gaining Touch of Elune 1 % Crit or Haste.

To compare two naked Characters and the stats:

*The passive Racial is working correctly outside of the Raid on Night Elf but not
on the Transformed Horde Character.*
