[Laminaria's](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=146256&name=laminaria) hitbox is bugged as in ground targeted aoe spells(earthquake, cataclysm, death and decay) don't count if they're casted on the platform.
Right now on PTR the boss can only be targeted by that kind of spells only if targeted on his underwater hitbox, as you can see in the [video](https://streamable.com/0f1bqj).

How it should work: at [2:54]( https://youtube.com/watch?v=Hiz8ZOo20xo&t=174:

) you can see how the warlock casts Cataclysm on the ground.
