Bug description: Cant research Artifact knowledge

Character name: Nimx

after i click the NPC - http://imgur.com/4ANLq41 . I do no get the option the research more. i only get the option to buy the lvl 10 book

i have tried:
1) Disabling all addons
2) Relogging
3) Waited after sever reset (not crash) and tested again
4) Bought the lvl 10 reseach book

All havent worked yet

There was an issue with the research limit: it was counting https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=144395 from your bags and bank, it shouldn't. Fixed
