Bug description: You all know about the issue with interface settings being reset, mostly on disconnects. There have also been some bug reports https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Server-Server-not-saving-CVars-Settings-config-cache.wtf-t492164.html / https://forum.wow-freakz.com/interface-still-losing-certain-settings-randomly-on-launch-t493342.html / etc. I finally found the reason of it and I believe I fixed *most* of these problems.

From what I tested, the interface settings don't get reset anymore under any circumstance, however there are still some random issues when you open multiple wow instances in the same time, but if you don't do that everything should be ok.

If this is still happening after next restart, please tell us exactly what you did / what happened
