Description: Fel strike hits you immediatly, even if you are far away there is no way to avoid the damage. This needs to be fixed BEFORE the missing damage scaling in m+ is working (https://trello.com/c/Y4wrDt3V/625-coen-wrathguard-invaders-fell-strike-wrong-damage-value-no-scaling-in-m)

You should be able to sidestep the ability.
