[FIXED] [CoS] Boat event skip (also M+ starting timer)

After entering Court of Stars you can pass through the entrance portal using spells like Blinks / Leaps to avoid the boat event (and the M+ timer if its the case). From what I remember on retail there was an invisible wall behind but without an active sub I cannot test it atm.
