[FIXED] [CoS] Fel Detonation debuff can be dispelled

The debuff applied after the [Felbound Enforcer](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=104278&name=felbound-enforcer)s cast [Fel Detonation](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=211464 (wowhead link)) should not be dispellable. Looking through multiple high keys on warcraft logs ( [1](https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/b62wXFarCyqKHx1h#fight=4&type=dispels&translate=true) [2](https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/FvQVLJT4twzgCnqm#fight=4&type=dispels) [3](https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/MRK39ZXmNnvBHAt6#fight=14&type=dispels) ) you can clearly see there are no dispels on this debuff even though the party has taken damage from it multiple times.
This is also shown as a red border debuff which usually means it cannot be removed with regular dispels, only through certain items/immunities like Ice Block, Divine Shield etc.
This is likely caused by the "Magic" tag under Dispel Type which can be found on the [Freakz version of the spell](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=211464 (wowhead link)), but not on [wow-head's](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=211464 (wowhead link))
Currently both single target dispels and [Mass Dispel](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=32375 (wowhead link)) can remove this debuff.
