The [Mind Shatter](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=294175) is currently displayed as a Buff and can be clicked away by the Player making the Mechanic completely useless.

As it is shown in the Retail Video the Demon Hunter Halliena has a permanent Debuff applied after Mind Shatter.
