Currently [Gushing Wound](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=318179&name=gushing-wound) is getting procced from any sort of negative debuffs. As well the Corruption seems to be proccing without internal cooldown.

As well seems that Gushing Wounds is ignoring the RPPM. On Freakz DB and Wowhead it is stated that the default proc rate for Gushing Wounds currently should be 4 RPPM. [Here](https://streamable.com/m9mc2n) you can see 3 Gushing Wounds back to back, basically over exceeding the RPPM.
