[FIXED] Cyrus Crestfall Phasing

##Players that have already completed the quest line for unlocking Kul Tiran allied race will not be able to progress to Nazjatar with the character that was used for the quest line.##

During the quest "[The Master Shipwright](https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=55039&name=the-master-shipwright)" [Cyrus Crestfall](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=122370) asks the player to meet him in Stormsong Valley. After that [Cyrus Crestfall](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=122370) will no longer be found at the Harbormaster's Office in Boralus and the players will not be able to get credits and progress with the quest "[Send the Fleet](https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=56043&name=send-the-fleet)", even after the whole Kul Tiran allied race quest chain is completed.

**This can impact the gameplay of players negatively and has a big chance to prevent them from progressing into Nazjatar when the quest is available due to [Cyrus Crestfall](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=122370) being one of the main objective of the introduction quest.**

There are often reports on discord and other places regarding this so it's not an isolated case. In the second video I also perform the usual workarounds that are suggested in similar scenarios. I have attempted deleting cache, unstucking, relogging and abandoning/accepting the quest multiple times, clearing my auras but nothing seemed to bring back [Cyrus Crestfall](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=122370).
