Character name: Vekdross (Horde DK lvl 120)

Bug description: Ormus the Penitent doesn't have dialogue option to open his vendor page. Currently death knights can't buy or advance the tier gear from ICC. He only has the dialogue option to talk to him (shown in screenshot). Checked him in 10/25 both normal and heroic.
