Bug description: Cand ai pe tine https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=110310 (wowhead link) si sa zicem ca ai ajuns la 80% si ai dat alter time te duce inapoi la 1%

Pe langa asta mai exista si un bug la Dampening: La noi dampening se mareste la fiecare 5 secunde (ar trebui la fiecare 10 secunde).

"Dampening is a stacking debuff applied to all players in the Arena every 10 seconds" ( http://www.wowhead.com/news=222215/patch-5-4-hotfixes-october-21 )
