[FIXED] Dark iron dwarf cant hire troops or research techs

Bug description: cant hire the troops or research the techs from the npcs cause i only get text from the npc but no option to hire troops or to research

I have the same problem with recruiting troops as you on my Mag'har Orc character. When I'm clicking on the npc I just get text from the npc.
I guess this problem only occurs on new allied races introduced in BFA since I can recruit troops without any problem on my other characters.

Same here, I did war campain, all scenarios, tried without addons, I sent for mission to kill troops on my other charcter, I tried deleting cache, WTF folders and tried on other pc.
Btw I used 110 boost for this charcter and I never had option to reqruit troops or do quest for troops or anything like this. I'm able to send for missions my followers but troops are empty.

yeh i leveled other chars and it was fine there. it only happens on the allied races i guess and i get no response from anyone about it. wrote a ticket and was told to report on forum but no one responds...
