Bug description: Heals the equivalent of 1 target being hit, even with multiple targets present. ''healing you for 2% of your maximum health every time it deals damage'' means 2% HP per damage instance. The more targets, the more % it heals per second. On retail this talent is strong in m+, since if it damages something like 5 targets, you get healed for 10% max HP every second.

Max duration. Single target. Works fine, 1 tick of damage followed by 1 tick of healing.

Max duration. Several targets. 6 ticks of damage followed by 1 tick of healing. No idea if it should be 1 combined tick of 6x2% HP or 2%hp ticks after each damage instance, if someone could check on retail that'd be great.
