Bug description: Nu merge bine , dupa ce e activat PoF , nu poti sa pui niciun buff pe tine , inclusiv conversion ,unholy blight, horn of winter , death advance(up limit la 70% movement) , ar trebui sa functioneze ca si desecrated ground, doar ca ai limita la movement speed. Singurele CC-uri ce nu ar trebui sa fie afectate de pillar sunt slows, roots, disarms si silences.
Totodata ,buguieste si movementul speed de la presence.
