[Death](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=191730) should not affect Dark Arbiter's DMG output. It is a buff that is only made to affect the DMG of the Death Knight. And you can see that this buff doesn't have "mod summons DMG". Can add that this buff never increased Dark Arbiter's DMG.
