[FIXED] [Death Knight][Unholy]Dark Arbiter doesn't do damage/flies away sometimes on boss pulls (raids mostly)

As the title states DA Just sometimes decides to fly away or doesn't hit the target at all . It happens rarely but it certainly does , some players face this bug really often .

One more reason for her not doing damage is because she does not switch Targets. Let's take Garothi Worldbreaker for example. If you cast Dark Arbiter on the main boss she will attack him only, she will not attack the Guns that boss spawns(he is invulnerable during this phase) meaning you will lose hits. This problem occurs in PvP as well.
