Bug description: Dark Arbiter should have a Delay on her First cast like 2-3 according to retail because of her animation, but on freakz as soon as u summon her she starts casting. Its not just a visual bug but also loss of DMG
Here's how : DA's dmg ramps up with the amount of runic power spent (i.e deathcoils) So because of the delay on the first cast it is possible to fit 2 death coils and if u have legendary shoulders the Dark transformation as well between the time u hit the spell and her 1st cast.
Basically she is empowered with 90% (deathcoils) + 40% (leggo shoulders) = 130% dmg before her first spell hits the target.
And the 20sec duration starts only after she starts casting. So from the time u hit the spell till she goes away is usually 22-23sec.

You can even see on his weak aura on the left side of his health bar that he spent 90runic power and there are 0 casts. @17:43
She goes away 18:03 i.e 22secs

then u can see he is able to pump 2 deathcoils before her spell hits the target.

There are more proofs but i don't want to make the post unnecessarily lengthy.
Personally i don't care if you add the animation or not but please make it so that her 1st cast is delayed by 2-3 secs.

It's true that the whole visual from her comming down the sky is missing , while attacking the dummy she immediately (sometimes after a second delay) attacks aswell .This is a visual bug that would be nice to get fixed since we're losing dmg ramping up for the DA before she starts casting.

Dark Arbiter should indeed stay idle for a second or two according to simc. Fixed
